The latest Property Crime Person of the Week was arrested Tuesday night.
Duluth police officers went to a residence in the 300 block of North Fourth Avenue West and arrested Maxine Morrow outside without incident about 11 p.m. Tuesday. Morrow has warrants for her arrest on various cases, most recently for auto theft. She was taken to the St. Louis County Jail for her five felony warrants.
