Proctor Public Schools announced it will extend its free breakfast and lunch program through Dec. 31.
The district began doing this in March for youth under age 18 when schools were closed and continued it through the summer.
Parents are asked to fill out a Google Form to receive food delivery when students are not in school. The form can be found at bit.ly/3bO84yn .
A separate email will be sent to everyone who participated over the summer asking if they would like to continue receiving food service. Those summer participants do not need to complete the form.
The district said with its now-full staff, it is planning a more diverse menu where some items may need to be microwaved, but it will seek feedback as changes are made.
