The Virginia Police Department announced Monday that David M. Schmidt, a 42-year-old Level 3 predatory offender, has moved back to Virginia.
Schmidt is currently under supervision. In 2003 and 2009 he was charged with possessing child pornography. He pleaded guilty both times, and was convicted of felonies for each charge.
Schmidt is white, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 225 pounds and has hazel eyes and brown hair.
