Convicted Level III predatory offender Timothy Scott Allan Davich, 44, is now living in the vicinity of
22nd Avenue West and Second Street, according to the Duluth Police Department.
Davich engaged in sexual contact with male victims ages 6-16 and was known to his victims, according to a police announcement.
