A power outage - reportedly caused by a tree falling on a power line - was affecting parts of downtown Duluth late Thursday afternoon.
Minnesota Power reported that about 200 customers were affected by the outage. Some traffic lights in downtown Duluth were out.
The utility reported online that a crew was working to repair the outage.
