Flickering lights and momentary outages were affecting more than 6,000 Minnesota Power customers in the Duluth area Wednesday night.
The issues were reported across Lincoln Park, Piedmont, Duluth Heights, Bayview Heights and surrounding areas around 6:30 p.m. Minnesota Power officials said crews were working to resolve the issue.
