A "small portion" of South Lake Avenue will be closed Friday through Monday as contractors replace the road surface, a city of Duluth news release said Thursday.
Beginning at 7 a.m. Friday through 5 p.m. Monday, South Lake Avenue will be closed in the area of 1126 S. Lake Ave., where a new home is being built and contractors are repairing the street after having installed new utility services.
"Crews will be placing concrete and asphalt on the road," the city said.
