Duluth police are holding a meeting Thursday in Lincoln Park to inform residents of a Level 3 predatory offender who recently moved into the neighborhood.
The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Lincoln Park Community Church located at 2202 W. Third St.
Logan Asher Mattson, 28, is living in the 200 block of North 22nd Avenue West and has a history of sexual contact with female victims ages 5-11.
