The Duluth Police Department responded to a report of a stabbing on the 600 block of West Superior Street in downtown Duluth at 12:15 a.m. Tuesday. The victim was located with a minor injury to their arm. No suspects were located and the victim had a difficult time remembering details or the location of the event due to intoxication, according to police. The incident remains under investigation.
