The Duluth Police Department identified the man who fell from a parking ramp Tuesday as David Michael Dolliver of Duluth.
Dolliver, 47, died after falling from a ramp at Third Avenue West and Superior Street, according to police spokesman Ron Tinsley. Police had arrived at the scene at 1:21 p.m. to find someone performing CPR on Dolliver and he was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead, Tinsley said.
An investigation is ongoing, but no foul play was suspected.
