The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office called out its emergency response team to make what it called a "high-risk'' felony arrest Wednesday morning in Two Harbors.
Justin Marcus Rosendahl was taken into custody about 7:30 a.m. as he tried to flee out a basement window of his residence at 7799 Laine Road, the Sheriff's Office said. Duluth police assisted in the arrest.
The arrest warrant charges Rosendahl with four counts of second-degree assault with a firearm, five counts of reckless discharge of a firearm and with a drive-by shooting. The drive-by shooting occurred on March 12 at 516 S. 64th Ave. W. in Duluth.
Rosendahl is being held in the St. Louis County Jail.
