Pearl Harbor remembered in Duluth

The DECC on Tuesday hosted a Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day event. Dan Hartman talked about six Pearl Harbor survivors whose stories are recorded at Veterans' Memorial Hall, where he serves as program director.

Afterwards, a wreath was cropped into the Duluth harbor to honor veterans.
