The parade route
The parade begins behind the KBJR studios in Canal Park, winds down Railroad Street to Lake Avenue, then west on Superior Street, ending at Fifth Avenue West.
The parade begins at 6:20 p.m. and includes 65 entries.
Bulldogs vs. parade
The University of Minnesota Duluth men's hockey team takes on the University of North Dakota tonight at 7:37 p.m., shortly after the Christmas City of the North Parade.

If you plan on attending the game, take Fifth Avenue West to the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center to avoid road closures and parking difficulties.
Lake Avenue and Railroad Street, in front of the DECC parking ramp, will be closed from 2:30 p.m. to the conclusion of the parade after 7 p.m.
The DECC parking ramp will be open as usual.
Other parking can be found at the following ramps: Shoppers Auto Park, Fourth Avenue Auto Park, US Bank and Wells Fargo Bank.

Parade spectators should bundle up in anticipation of temperatures around 15 degrees at the parade's start at 6:20 p.m.
The National Weather Service forecasts partly cloudy skies with winds around 6-8 mph and no snow.
