Along with the language nest, other programs housed at UMD's newly renovated Chester Park building include the U of M Sea Grant College Program, the Fine Arts Academy, the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders, and the Robert F. Pierce Speech Language Hearing Clinic.
The building opened this fall. A couple of sections are yet to be renovated, said John King, director of facilities management at the University of Minnesota Duluth. The project cost $5.4 million.
