One person was killed in a four-vehicle accident in Pine County Sunday evening.
The incident at 9 p.m. on Highway 48 east of Hinckley also sent an unknown number to the hospital, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
The victim was not identified as of this morning.
According to the state patrol, two vehicles were involved in a head-on collision and a third vehicle slid into the scene of the accident. A passenger in the third vehicle was assisting the victims of the head-on crash, when she was struck by a sport utility vehicle.
