A Grand Rapids man was killed in a motor vehicle accident reported early Wednesday morning.
The body of Kevin Leroy Foix, 32, was found pinned in a motor vehicle that was upside down and against a tree in the ditch along the Laplant Road in Harris Township, south of Grand Rapids. The accident was reported about 1:16 a.m.
Speed and alcohol may have contributed to the crash, the Itasca County Sheriff's Office said.
