One man is in police custody and another is in the hospital after a scuffle in Duluth's Central Hillside on Tuesday night.
Duluth Police Sgt. Leigh Wright said there was a fight about 9 p.m. that resulted in shots being fired, though no injuries were associated with the shots. One man was arrested after the fight. A second man was hospitalized after he was hit with a Taser dart for not complying with police orders.
The exact location of the incident was not known. The investigation is ongoing.
