Ever have an imaginary friend? Probably not like "Harvey." The play by Mary Chase is the story of Elwood P. Dowd and his imaginary sidekick, Harvey, a six-and-a-half foot rabbit. Elwood's sister, Veta, decides he needs to be committed to spare the family from embarrassment. Trouble is doctors think she's the one who's loony. Maybe Harvey isn't so bad after all.
