Keynote speaker: Neil Atkins, 1968 Proctor graduate and a U.S. Navy hospital corpsmen assigned overseas from 1970 to 1972 and in the reserve from 1969 to 1975. Music by Kerry Welsh on bagpipes and Proctor Community Band.
