With 137 of 812 precincts reporting in Congressional District 8, Richard Nolan held a lead in the Democratic primary for U.S. Representative.
Rick Nolan led with 40 percent of the vote to 31 percent for Tarryl Clark and 29 percent for Jeff Anderson with 66 percent of precincts reporting. Anderson, a former Duluth city councilor, was the leading candidate in St. Louis County with 45 percent of the vote.
