Two anti-poverty leaders visit the College of St. Scholastica for a lecture and workshops April 10-12.

Willie Baptist and John Wessel-McCoy, members of the Poverty Initiative at Union Theological Seminary in New York City, will present sessions based on a book co-authored by Baptist called "Pedagogy of the Poor: Building the Movement to End Poverty."

The free lecture is 7 p.m. April 11 in the Mitchell Auditorium. Two sessions of the same workshop are held from 1:30-4:30 p.m. April 10 at Trepanier Hall in the Gimaaji Building, 202 W.
