A new $1.56 million skywalk and new parking garage were dedicated Thursday afternoon at the Duluth International Airport. The four-level, $7.95 million garage holds 320 parking spaces. Of those, 101 are for rental cars, 40 for corporate parking and 219 for long-term parking by the general public. The garage opens today.
