Don Ness is going straight to video.
The Duluth mayor will tape his second state of the city update to air on PACT-TV as part of his "Duluth -- This is Your City" show.
The show will air July 8 and offer a detailed assessment of the issues facing the city and what his administration is doing to deal with them, the mayor said in a press release.
After the show airs, elements of the presentation will be available on the city's Web site, www.duluthmn.gov .
The show will be the second in his series of assessment reports on the city. The first, his report on his first 100 days, was given in April. The third, a report on the city budget, will be given in September.
