Minnesota Court of Appeals splits decisions on Duluth versus NorShor strip club
The Minnesota Court of Appeals said the Duluth City Council had the right to suspend the liquor license of the former NorShor Experience strip club in February 2009, but that it didn't have sufficient evidence to do so in August of 2008 and has reversed that decision of the council.
