Temperatures dropped into the teens below zero in parts of the Northland on Sunday morning, as the region saw the coldest conditions of the season so far.
A weather observer at Brimson reported a low of 17 below zero Sunday morning, according to the National Weather Service in Duluth. Other low temperatures included:
