It's going to be a wet start to the week.

Rain will fall heavy at times Monday and a few thunderstorms are likely as well. It's not out of the question that a few of the thunderstorms could turn severe and provide gusty winds and hail.

Rain will continue Monday night and into Tuesday before a frontal boundary swings through and clears us out.

We'll see plenty of sunshine for the rest of the week, and temperatures will remain near to slightly above average.
