For most of us, higher atmospheric pressure will stick around today and produce another sunny day after some morning fog evaporates.

An exception may be found on the North Shore, where a convergence of winds may provide enough uplift to kick out a 20 percent chance for rain showers. Temperatures should be in the upper 60s right by Lake Superior, but inland areas should go from 72 to 74 in most places. The Hayward Lakes and Cable area may get a bit warmer, up to 77.

Dew point readings will be in the 40s, so it should be a dry and comfortable day. The cell of high pressure we have will affect the sky in a sunny way until Wednesday. After that, lows will reclaim the region, and rain chances will return from Wednesday until Sunday.
