Monday's weather for Duluth and the Northland: Rain likely for today

For the year, we're 1.1 inches short for rainfall. We'll try to pay up some of that imbalance today with a low-pressure system that will bring a 60 percent chance for rain. The model indicates we could get a tenth to a quarter-inch.
