It may be Memorial Day, but it won't be the most ideal holiday to spend outdoors.

The same disturbance that provided showers and thunderstorms yesterday will create more chances of rain through Monday and into Tuesday morning. In addition, gusty winds from out of the west and northwest will usher air originating from Canada into the Northland keeping temps in the 50s all day.

Sunshine will return Tuesday afternoon and hang around for the rest of the week.
