Alberta Clipper low-pressure systems are named after the clipper ships of the 1800's because they move quickly. Today, we will be in the warm sector of such a system, so temperatures should rise a bit. Highs will range from 28-33. Winds will be west-northwest at 10-20 mph. There is up to a 30 percent chance for rain and snow, but it shouldn't add up to much. Tonight, a cold front will buzz by, bringing a 30 percent chance for overnight snow. I'd be surprised to get even 2 inches.
After the cold front passes, we should cool down. Tuesday highs should be near 15.
For Wednesday and Thanksgiving Day, higher air pressure should return to swat down potential clouds. These two days should be partly cloudy to partly sunny.
