A public meeting to discuss the Minnesota Department of Transportation's 20-year Greater Minnesota Transit Plan will be from 3-7 p.m. Oct. 8 at MnDOT's Duluth facility at 1123 Mesaba Ave.
The video presentation will show the vision for public transportation across the state for the next two decades. It will identify needs, challenges and funding sources for transit service.
Public comments will be considered and possibly implemented into the final plan.
MnDOT will host 15 meetings across the state, including one at the same time in Virginia at 101 N. Hoover Road.
