St. Paul attorney David Feinwachs will speak at 7 p.m. at Holy Family Church, 2430 W. Third St. His talk is featured as part of an Italian Night Celebration Dinner presented by the Minnesota Citizens Federation.

Feinwachs prompted congressional investigations with his charge that excess Medicaid money was inappropriately shifted to a state insurance fund.

The event will begin with a social hour at 5:30 p.m. followed by a lasagna dinner at 6 p.m. The price is $20 per person, and RSVP is desired. Proceeds will support the Citizens Federation.
