Duluth Mayor Herb Bergson will announce the winners of the annual citywide holiday lighting contest at a 9:45 a.m. news conference Friday.
The Duluth News Tribune will post the winners' names immediately after the announcement.
Also Friday, Bergson will proclaim Saturday as Human Rights Day in Duluth.
