Joseph K. Nelson, 26, 6408 Highway 7, Alborn, fleeing in a motor vehicle, pleaded guilty, three years probation with conditions including $1,000 fine, counseling and 30 days in jail with five days credit for time served - may serve as 30 days electronic monitoring or 20 days Sentence to Serve Program; reckless driving, dismissed.

Christopher T. Pogorelc, 19, 3110 Fourth Ave. E., Hibbing, issuance of dishonored checks, warrant quashed, pleaded guilty, imposition stayed on three years probation with conditions including $200 fine, 60 days in jail with 46 days credit for time served and $558 restitution.

Wells, 27, 6076 Charles Road, Saginaw, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, pleaded guilty, fined $2,000 and 180 days in jail, time and $500 stayed on two years probation with conditions including 30 days electronic monitoring with two days credit, two days in jail with 20 hours credit and Victim Impact Panel; driving while under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana in vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

Rebecca L. Johnson, 22, 602 E. Fifth St., Apt. 607, Duluth, disorderly conduct, pleaded guilty, fined $50 and 30 days in jail with two days credit, time stayed on one-year probation with conditions; domestic assault, dismissed.

Aaron R. Kempffer, 24, 101 W. Third St., Apt. 332, Duluth, uninsured vehicle, fined $150 total.
