Taylor L. Jacobson, 27, Duluth, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fined $1,000 and 60 days in local confinement, time stayed on one year of probation with conditions.

Luke D. Jamison, 18, Eden Prairie, Minn., possession or sale of small amount of marijuana, continued for dismissal for one year with conditions.

Abigail K. Mason, 22, Duluth, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fined $1,000 and 60 days in local confinement, time stayed on one year of probation with conditions.

Dustin M. J. Melton, 22, St. Francis, Minn., driver failed to stop for accident to property, fined $300 and 30 days in local confinement, $150 and time stayed on one year of probation.

Latesha L. Sias, 32, Duluth, criminal damage to property, continued for dismissal on one year of probation.

Borstad, 20, Superior, first count of theft by shoplifting, fined $50 and 60 days in local confinement, 58 days stayed on one year of probation with conditions; second count of theft by shoplifting and theft by gas drive-off, 60 days in local confinement, 58 days stayed on one year of probation with conditions - per each count concurrent.

Mary L. Mishler, 53, Duluth, use of wireless communications device - compose/read/send electronic message while in motion or traffic, fined $50.

Leo A. Moen, 24, Cloquet, driving while impaired - operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, fined $2,000 and one year in local confinement, $1,000 and 364 days stayed on two years of probation with conditions.

Cheyenne L. Norr, 23, Duluth, driving after revocation, fined $200.

Nicholas C. Peterson, 35, Hermantown, taking migratory waterfowl without migratory bird hunting and conservation stamp, fined $50.

Joel W. Thunder, 45, Duluth, obstructing legal process, 60 days in local confinement, 53 days stayed on one year of probation.

Alex J. Vesel, 21, Duluth, use of wireless communications device - compose/read/send electronic message while in motion or traffic, fined $50.
