Habisch, 29, Sturgeon Lake, driving while impaired, fined $50 and 36 months in prison, time stayed on three years of probation with conditions including 365 days in local confinement; chemical test refusal, driving after cancellation - inimical danger to public safety and criminal damage to property, dismissed.

Alisha C. Barnes, 38, Duluth, four counts of driving after revocation, continued for dismissal for one year with condition of no same or similar offense - per each count concurrent; uninsured vehicle and four counts of driving after revocation, dismissed.

Danielle E. Bergh, 29, Duluth, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fined $1,000 and 60 days in local confinement, time stayed on one year of probation with conditions including if defendant completes Victim Impact Panel within six months, fine will be reduced by $500.

Donald A. Lund, 47, Duluth, felon in possession of a firearm and/or ammunition, one year in local confinement; dangerous weapons - drive-by shooting toward person, occupied motor vehicle or occupied building, 117 months in prison - concurrent; four counts of murder - 2nd degree - with intent - not premeditated, fined $50 and 240 months in prison - per each count concurrent; three counts of dangerous weapons - drive-by shooting toward person, occupied motor vehicle or occupied building, no sentence pronounced; four counts of dangerous weapons - drive-by shooting toward person, occupied motor vehicle or occupied building and four counts of murder - 2nd degree - with intent - not premeditated, acquitted.

Joshua P. Mancina, 39, Makinen, driving after suspension (offense date 3/9/13), fined $200.

Jonathon G. Neitzke, 28, Lutsen, driving after revocation, fined $200.

Jason G. Nordin, 39, Duluth, weapon violation - carrying while under the influence of alcohol, fined $500, $500 civil penalties and 60 days in local confinement, time stayed on one year of probation with condition of no same or similar offense.

Keenan T. Northrup Diver, 21, Duluth, misdemeanor theft, adjudication stayed on one year of probation with condition of no same or similar offense; assault, dismissed.

Curtis J. Phillips, 46, Duluth, driving after suspension, dismissed.

Richard W. Rainey, 62, Duluth, driver involved in accident to property failed to stop, fined $300 and 30 days in local confinement, $150 and time stayed on one year of probation with conditions.
