Benjamin T. Bachinski, 32, no city listed, fugitive, extradition waived.

Antonio L. Corwin, 25, Duluth, disorderly conduct - brawling or fighting, fined $500 and 30 days in local confinement, $450 and time stayed on one year of probation; fleeing from a police officer, 30 days in local confinement, time stayed on one year of probation - concurrent.

Dustin P. Eggert, 30, Duluth, possession of stolen property, stay of adjudication on one year of probation.

Nicholas R. Getty, 28, Hastings, Minn., disorderly conduct, fined $50.

Maurice A. Goggleye, 36, Duluth, theft by shoplifting, fined $100.

Brenden W. Hakes, 20, Esko, driving after suspension, fined $200.
