Natasha R. Couture, 27, Duluth, two counts of theft by shoplifting and giving a false name or date-of-birth to a peace officer, four days in local confinement per each count.

Kimberly H. Semanko, 34, Maple, giving a false name, fined $50 and 120 days in local confinement, 116 days stayed on one year of probation; driving after revocation and displaying stolen, revoked, cancelled or suspended plates, continued for dismissal on one year of probation.

Tyler J. Shabaiash, 24, Cloquet, driving while impaired, fined $2,000 and 365 days in local confinement, 205 days stayed on two years of probation with conditions.

Joel W. Thunder, 45, Duluth, disorderly conduct - offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene, fined $50 and 30 days in local confinement, 26 days stayed on one year of probation; obstructing legal process, 30 days in local confinement, 26 days stayed on one year of probation - concurrent.  

Alonzo D. Yarbrough, 41, Duluth, theft by shoplifting, four days in local confinement.

Lenice C. Antell-White, 25, Cloquet, simple robbery, fined $50 and 28 months in prison, time stayed on three years of probation with conditions.

David C. Leskey, 55, Duluth, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, fined $150.

Oscar E. Moreno Galicia, 20, Fridley, Minn., driving 81 mph in a 55 mph zone, fined $100.

Brandi J. Smith, 22, Duluth, possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $50.

Raymond D. Wolf, 57, Stone Lake, Wis., fugitive, extradition waived.

 

Jan. 16

Travis A. Evers, 29, Duluth, driving after revocation, continued for dismissal for one year.

Cory J. Hoglund, 36, Duluth, burglary, fined $750 and 365 days in local confinement or NERCC, $500 and 358 days stayed on two years of probation with conditions.

Carrie G. Kroschel, 19, Hinckley, use of wireless communications device - compose/read/send electronic message while in motion or traffic, fined $50.

Ramona L. Lind, 50, Iron River, displaying plates of another vehicle, fined $300.

Raechelle M. Longelk, 31, Duluth, misdemeanor theft, 15 days in local confinement and $8 in restitution.

George A. Mitchell, 18, Huron, S.D., possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $50.

Matthew J. Powers, 19, Duluth, misdemeanor theft, fined $500 and 60 days in local confinement or NERCC, $400 and time stayed on one year of probation with conditions.

Jason R. Schwartz, 43, Hermantown, driving while impaired, fined $2,000 and 180 days in local confinement or NERCC, $1,000 and time stayed on two years of probation with conditions.

Cody T. Telega, 31, Duluth, driving after revocation, fined $50 and 30 days in local confinement, 26 days stayed on one year of probation with conditions; collision with unattended vehicle, 30 days in local confinement, 26 days stayed on one year of probation with conditions - concurrent.

Charles E. Thompson, 30, Duluth, criminal damage to property, fined $500 and 60 days in local confinement or NERCC, $400 and time stayed on one year of probation with conditions.
