Tyshawn F. Burley, 19, 6317 Third Ave. E., Apt. 4, Duluth, burglary, pleaded guilty, imposition stayed on three years probation with conditions including $50 fine and 10 days Sentence to Serve Program.

Curtis M. Cooney, 22, 821 E. First St., Duluth, first count of burglary, pleaded guilty, imposition stayed on five years probation with conditions including $50 fine and a written letter of apology; burglary with possession of a dangerous weapon/explosive, pleaded guilty, imposition stayed on five years probation with conditions including $50 fine, written letter of apology and $917 restitution - concurrent to first count; two counts of burglary, dismissed.

Jeffery A. Hicks, 49, 3018 Vernon St., Duluth, test refusal, pleaded guilty, fined $50 and 62 months in prison with 165 days credit for time served; driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving after cancellation - inimical danger to public safety, dismissed.

Scipio S.M. Royle, 37, 301 W. Third St., Duluth, giving peace officer false identification, pleaded guilty, 90 days in jail - time served.

Edward W. Deputy, 45, 125 N. First Ave. W., Duluth, driving after cancellation - inimical danger to public safety, amended to driving after revocation, pleaded guilty, fined $200 or 20 days in jail.

Kenneth L. Eck, 59, 2644 Erickson Road, Proctor, test refusal and driving after cancellation - inimical danger to public safety, pleaded guilty, fined $2,000 and one year in jail or Northeast Regional Correction Center, time and $1,000 stayed on three years probation with conditions including driver improvement clinic, Victim Impact Panel, 60 days electronic monitoring and 30 days in jail or Bethel Work Release - per each count concurrent; driving while under the influence of alcohol, dismissed.

Donald F. Freer, 45, 7061 Industrial Road, Saginaw, domestic assault, dismissed.

Murray, 58, 5702 Fish Lake Dam Road, Duluth, first count of game and fish violation - trespassing, pleaded guilty, adjudication withheld with condition to pay $1,000 fine, $500 stayed one year with condition of no same or similar offense; three counts of game and fish violation - trespassing, no adjudication - same course of conduct.

Stephanie C. Portner, 27, 1336 Fern Ave., Duluth, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, pleaded guilty, fined $2,000 and one year in jail, time and $1,000 stayed on two years probation with conditions including driver improvement clinic, 60 days electronic monitoring, Victim Impact Panel and 30 days in jail - 30 days stayed one year (staggered sentence - to be reviewed after one year); possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, fined $300 concurrent to first count; driving while impaired and possession/sale of small amounts of marijuana, dismissed.

Matthew J. Sale, 20, 513 North Road, Cloquet, careless driving, pleaded guilty, fined $300 and 30 days in jail with two days credit for time served, time stayed on one-year probation with conditions including Victim Impact Panel; driving while impaired, driving while under the influence of alcohol and operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, dismissed.

Richard K. Kjolberg, 42, 9 E. Anoka St., Duluth, assault with a dangerous weapon, pleaded guilty, imposition stayed on three years probation with conditions including $100 fine, 180 days in jail with 85 days credit for time served and anger management program.

Gregg Antcliff, 53, 5015 Rice Lake Road, Duluth, driving after cancellation - inimical danger to public safety, warrant quashed, adjudication withheld with conditions including $200 prosecution costs.

John A. Leraan, 42, 1112 E. Second St., upper apt., Duluth, possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, fined $50 and 15 months in prison, time stayed on three years probation with conditions including one year in jail or Northeast Regional Correction Center with 50 days credit.

Dean H. Hammons, 68, 2021 W. Second St., Duluth, two counts of possession of pornographic work on computer, pleaded guilty, imposition stayed on 10 years probation with conditions including $50 fine, attend sex offender program and predatory offender registration required - per each count concurrent.

Roger L. Wakemup, 51, 103 E. Fourth St., Duluth, domestic assault, pleaded guilty, fined $50 and one year in jail with 111 days credit for time served, time stayed on two years probation with conditions.

Jeremy J. Bialczak, 27, 2222 W. Third St., Duluth, driving while under the influence of alcohol, pleaded guilty, fined $2,000 and 180 days in jail with three days credit for time served, time and $1,000 stayed on two years probation with conditions including electronic monitoring and if defendant completes Victim Impact Panel class, fine will be reduced by $500; test refusal, disorderly conduct and failure to deliver vehicle title, dismissed.

Jan. 7

Thomas A. Lindquist, 32, 4774 Midway Road, Duluth, criminal sexual conduct, amended to attempted criminal sexual conduct, pleaded guilty, imposition stayed on five years probation with conditions including 85 days in jail with 85 days credit for time served, attend sex offender program and predatory offender registration required; interfering with emergency call, dismissed.

Jan. 8

Carlie J. Grondahl, 19, 5119 Birch Acres Road, Duluth, assault, pleaded guilty, fined $300; disorderly conduct, dismissed.
