Yellow, 22, Duluth, first count of disorderly conduct - brawling or fighting, fined $200 and 20 days of local confinement, time stayed on one year of probation with condition of no same or similar offense; second count of disorderly conduct - brawling or fighting and fleeing a police officer, fined $50 and three days of local confinement - per each count; assault and obstructing legal process, dismissed.

Matthew T. Hanson, 31, Duluth, driving after revocation, adjudication stayed on one year of probation with conditions including $200 court costs.

Kelsey M. Hedquist, 19, Eagan, Minn., underage consumption, fined $100.

Matthew A. Johnson, 32, Duluth, driving after suspension, uninsured vehicle and three counts of driving after revocatione, fined $200 per each count consecutively.

Shaten J. Kahlstorf, 39, Coon Rapids, Minn., over 20,000 single axle (10-ton)(paved), fined $100.

Nicholas A. Leal, 22, Luck, Wis., operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fined $1,000 and 60 days of local confinement, time stayed on one year of probation with conditions including if defendant completes Victim Impact Panel within six months, fine will be reduced by $500; driving while impaired, dismissed.

Hayden D. Paulson, 19, Rochester, Minn., underage consumption, fined $100.
