Joseph E. Wilson, 49, Duluth, two counts of criminal sexual conduct, 360 months in prison - per each count concurrent.

Darryl J. Barber, 54, Duluth, obstructing legal process - interfering with peace officer, fined $50 and 30 days in local confinement, fine and time stayed on one year of probation with condition of no same or similar offense.

Adam D. Birch, 23, Cloquet, allowing open bottle in vehicle and possession of open bottle in vehicle, fined $100 per each count.
