Dylan T. Turk, 36, Duluth, domestic assault, adjudication stayed on one year of probation with conditions including 33 days in local confinement, complete treatment at Bethel/PORT, counseling and Domestic Abuse Batterer’s Intervention Program.

Orlando M. James, 20, Duluth, simple robbery, adjudication stayed on three years of probation with conditions including $50 fine and 57 days in local confinement or NERCC.

Edward M. Taylor, 53, Duluth, disturbing the neighborhood, continued for dismissal, six months probation with condition of no same or similar offense.

Derrick V. Weatherly, 33, Duluth, emergency telephone calls and communications - refuse to relinquish lines or telephone, adjudication stayed on one year of probation with conditions including $50 fine and nine days in local confinement or NERCC; misdemeanor theft, fined $300 and 30 days in local confinement or NERCC, $250 and 23 days stayed on one year of probation with conditions including $266 restitution.

Natalie A. Besch, 21, Duluth, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fined $2,000 and 180 days in local confinement, $1,000 and 176 days stayed on one year of probation with conditions including Driving with Care Program and Victim Impact Panel; driving while under the influence of alcohol and open bottle violation, dismissed.

Keith M. Brewer, 41, Hermantown, uninsured vehicle, fined $200.

Paul C. Hanninen, 48, Superior, driver refused to submit to vehicle weighing, fined $1,000.

Todd D. Hurst, 33, Hawthorne, driving after suspension, fined $200.

Joshua T. Langila, 32, Esko, driving after revocation, fined $200.

Robert J. Lund, 45, Duluth, driving after revocation, dismissed.

Heather L. Olson, 21, St. Paul, driving after suspension, fined $200.

Lucas R. Popp, 33, Duluth, no current medical certificate in possession, fined $100.
