James M. Martin, 29, Duluth, misdemeanor theft violations (offense date 12/21/14), trespassing - returning after demand to leave, fleeing from a police officer, disorderly conduct - offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene, trespassing - business, disturbance - disorderly conduct, three counts of obstructing legal process, five counts of misdemeanor theft by shoplifting and 10 counts of trespassing - returning to property within one year, dismissed.

Isaac L. Behning, 25, Duluth, violation of an order for protection, imposition stayed on two years of probation with conditions including a $50 fine, 30 days in local confinement and Domestic Abuse Batterer’s intervention Program; domestic assault, dismissed.

Wesley K. Anderson, 20, Duluth, underage drinking and driving, fined $300 or 30 days in jail.

John D. Archer, 47, Duluth, felony theft - indifferent to owner rights, one year of probation with conditions including $3,000 in restitution.

Kyle T. Barden, 24, Duluth, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fined $1,000 and 60 days in local confinement or NERCC, time stayed on one year of probation with conditions including Victim Impact Panel; driving while impaired, driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving wrong way on a one-way street, dismissed.

Cecilia M. Colburn, 21, Duluth, misdemeanor theft (offense date 2/24/14), fined $100 or 10 days in jail.

Therese M. Dzuck, 57, Duluth, driving after suspension, fined $200.

Andrew C. Eastman, 52, Minneapolis, criminal damage to property, giving a false name or date-of-birth and trespassing - returning to property within one year, fined $300 and 30 days in local confinement, $200 and 28 days stayed on one year of probation with condition of no same or similar offense - per each count concurrent; one count of trespassing - returning to property within one year and disorderly conduct - offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene, dismissed.

Peyton A. Farrell, 38, Duluth, felon in possession of ammunition or a firearm and sale of a controlled substance, dismissed.

Jonathan L. Halverson, 38, Mahtowa, possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $50.

Mahaila S.R. Houle, 21, Cloquet, driving 90 mph in a 55 mph zone, fined $150.

Nathan B. Kashak, 25, Farmington, Minn., disorderly conduct - brawling or fighting, fined $500 and 45 days in local confinement, $250 and 44 days stayed on one year of probation with conditions including $773 in restitution.

Nicholas D. Lepak, 18, Duluth, possession or sale of small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $50 per each count.

Gabriel J. Leusman, 25, Duluth, criminal damage to property - tampering with a motor vehicle, adjudication stayed one year with condition of no same or similar offense and $300 court costs.

Dani R. Maki, 25, Superior, driving after revocation, fined $200.

Lucas J. Moses-Thomsen, 19, St. Paul, possession or sale of a small amount of marijuana, fined $50.

Joseph J. Muehlbauer, 22, Hermantown, disorderly conduct - brawling or fighting, continued for dismissal for six months with condition of no same or similar offense and $300 prosecution costs.

Tara M. Portlance, 35, Minneapolis, felony theft - indifferent to owner rights, dismissed.

Carl J. Rudin, 19, Duluth, underage consumption, fined $300 and 30 days in local confinement, time stayed on one year of probation with condition of no same or similar offense; fleeing from a police officer, dismissed.

Sandra A. Sjoberg, 73, Duluth, felony theft, dismissed.

Cheyenne A. Smith, 23, Cloquet, fleeing from a peace officer in a motor vehicle, fined $50 and one year and one day in prison, time stayed on three years of probation with conditions; fleeing on foot, misdemeanor theft and misdemeanor theft by shoplifting, 30 days in local confinement - per each count.

Lucas M. Subject, 19, Champlin, Minn., possession of drug paraphernalia and possession or sale of small amount of marijuana, fined $50 per each count.

Tommie V. Swafford, 19, Duluth, careless driving, fined $100.

Laura E. Truax, 32, Duluth, driving after suspension, fined $200.
