Ernest Green Jr., 37, Duluth, escape from custody, fined 450 and 21 months in prison.

Jaquan L. Harkins, 23, Duluth, felon in possession of a firearm, fined $50 and 36 months in prison; possession of a controlled substance, 17 months in prison.

Whitney J. Rueckl, 24, Lakeville, Minn., chemical test refusal, fined $2,000 and 365 days in local confinement, $1,500 and time stayed on two years of probation with conditions including Victim Impact Panel and 30 days of electronic monitoring; driving while impaired, dismissed.

Dennis I. Yellow, 24, St. Cloud, Minn., felon in possession of a firearm, fined $50 and 36 months in prison; giving a false name, 365 days in local confinement - concurrent.

Raymond G. Baughman, 29, Duluth, inattentive driving, fined $50.

Mark D. Brito, 33, Fox Point, Wis., driving after revocation and uninsured vehicle, adjudication one year with condition of no same or similar offense - per each count; two counts of driving after suspension, dismissed.

Keri M. Bubb, 32, Cloquet, possession of a controlled substance, 15 months in prison, time stayed on three years of probation with conditions including 54 days in local confinement.

David S. Carman, 58, Esko, driving while under the influence of alcohol, fined $2,000 and 180 days in local confinement, $1,000 and time stayed on three years of probation with conditions.

Jesse J.A. Coyle, 31, Proctor, use of wireless communications device - compose, read or send electronic message in motion or traffic, fined $50.

Matthew J. Cuypers, 57, Duluth, waste management - land disposal of tires prohibited, improper storage/disposal of large appliances, improper storage/disposal municipal solid waste, unauthorized junk yard and waste management - placing motor vehicle fluid in or on land, (offense date on all is 8/19/04), dismissed.

Daniel J. Daly, 45, Duluth, disorderly conduct - brawling or fighting, fined $100 and 10 days in local confinement, time stayed one year with condition of no same or similar offense.

Lucille A. Dryke, 55, Superior, domestic assault, continued for dismissal on one year of probation with condition of no same or similar offense.

Allison A. Falbo, 29, Duluth, theft - shoplifting, dismissed.

Matthew D. Hollingsworth, 29, Duluth, driving after revocation and possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $400 per each count concurrent.

Matthew D. Marshall, 25, Duluth, inattentive driving, fined $100.

Darryl R. Panyan Jr., 24, Duluth, theft - shoplifting, fined $100 and 10 days in local confinement, time stayed on one year of probation with conditions including restitution.

Andre Parker, 61, Georgia, commercial motor vehicle - possession of alcohol, dismissed.

Rollie C. Pike, 35, Duluth, domestic assault, continued for dismissal on one year of probation with condition of no same or similar offense.

Nicholas E. Pincombe, 31, St. Paul, trespassing - returning to property within one year and obstructing legal process, dismissed.

Isaac K. Rauch, 21, Duluth, social host violation, adjudication stayed one year with condition of no same or similar offense and $200 prosecution costs.

Justin L. Reynolds, 29, Duluth, disturbance - disorderly conduct, fined $100.

Terry R. Stokke, 39, Sturgeon Lake, ignition interlock restriction violation, fined $150 and 10 days in local confinement, time stayed one year with condition of no same or similar offense.

Corey A. Thurston, 26, Hastings, Fla., careless driving, fined $1,000 and 90 days in local confinement, 89 days stayed on one year of probation with condition of no same or similar offense; driving while impaired and operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, dismissed.
