Boddy Jr., 43, Duluth, threats of violence, fined $50 and 21 months in prison, time stayed on three years of probation with conditions including 329 days in local confinement and Domestic Abuse Batterer’s Intervention Program; domestic assault, first count of driving after suspension (offense date 8/17/10) and second count of driving after suspension (offense date 12/6/11), dismissed.
