Danielle A. Schwanangel, 27, 2125 E. Seventh St., Superior, uninsured vehicle, pleaded guilty, fined $200.

Cody V. Schwanekamp, 35, 30 E. Second St., Duluth, damage to property, warrant quashed, pleaded not guilty, released on own recognizance, pretrial Sept. 8.

Dustin C. Sherer, 28, 130 97th Ave. W., Duluth, negligent storage of firearms, contested omnibus hearing Nov. 6.

Gary D. Shockley, 22, 219 E. Sixth St., Apt. B, Duluth, domestic assault, $10,000 bail, omnibus hearing Aug. 31.

Kevin F. Strong, 50, 125 N. First Ave. W., Duluth, theft, pleaded not guilty, pretrial Oct. 22.

Richard W. Stewart, 40, 217 W. Fourth Ave., Apt. 5, Duluth, receiving stolen property, amended to possession of stolen property, pleaded guilty, fined $100; theft, dismissed.

Erik H. Vrooman, 32, 5916 Polk St., Duluth, second count of theft, intent to exercise temporary control, pleaded guilty, adjudication withheld three years on condition of no same or similar offense; first count of theft, take/drive motor vehicle without owner's consent and third count of theft, find and appropriate lost property, dismissed.

Donovan S. Watkins, 25, 3525 Martin Road, Duluth, theft, pleaded not guilty, $500 bail bond, pretrial Oct. 8.

Aug. 12

George A. Abbott, 24, 1447 90th Ave. W., Duluth, driving after revocation, warrant quashed, pleaded guilty, fined $200.

Jermain K. Barney, 25, 3551 Rustic Lane, Cloquet, assault with a dangerous weapon and assault, warrant quashed, pleaded not guilty, non-cash bond posted, pretrial Oct. 19, jury trial Oct. 27.

Brady Block, 26, 619 Roosevelt Ave., Superior, assault with a dangerous weapon and domestic assault, pleaded guilty, fined $4,200 and 36 months in prison, time and $4,000 stayed on two years probation with conditions including 90 days in jail with 52 days credit for time served, counseling and to pay restitution, per each count concurrent; criminal damage to property and assault, dismissed.

Mathew M. Ericksen, 26, 158 W. Central Entrance, Duluth, interfering with emergency call and two counts of domestic assault, acquitted.

Ian R. Guzzo, 21, 732 Larsmont Road, Two Harbors, first count of aiding and abetting burglary, fined $100, 57 months in prison with 50 days credit for time served and $22,124 restitution; second count of aiding and abetting burglary and aiding and abetting kidnapping, dismissed.

Robert T. Holmes, 50, 164 W. Ideal St., Duluth, theft, contested omnibus hearing Dec. 18.

Kevin T. Johnson, 36, 1148 Shoreview Road, Two Harbors, domestic assault, pleaded not guilty, $1,000 bail bond, pretrial Sept. 3.

Brian J. Konewko, 37, 1419 N. Ninth Ave. E., Duluth, two counts of criminal sexual conduct, pleaded not guilty, pretrial Oct. 26, jury trial Nov. 3.

Kathryn R. Mead, 28, 213 W. Winona St., Duluth, driving while under the influence of alcohol and operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, released on own recognizance, omnibus hearing Sept. 14.

Thomas H. Mueller, 35, 1402 Ninth Ave., Two Harbors, theft of a motor vehicle, pleaded guilty, 17 months in prison, time stayed on five years probation with conditions including $50 fine, Teen Challenge Program and 90 days in jail with 70 days credit for time served; operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, pleaded guilty, 17 months in prison, time stayed on five years with conditions including $2,000 fine and one year in jail or Northeast Regional Correction Center with 70 days credit for time served, time and $1,000 stayed on two years probation with conditions including Victim Impact Panel, concurrent to first count; driving while under the influence of alcohol, fleeing on foot, careless driving and driving after revocation, dismissed.

Amy I. Murray, 25, 2833 W. Third St., Duluth, financial transaction card fraud and theft by swindle, warrant quashed, pleaded not guilty, pretrial Oct. 5, jury trial Oct. 13.

Sean J. Petz, 32, 1513 E. Superior St., Apt. 4, Duluth, obstructing legal process and two counts of assault, pleaded not guilty, $5,000 bail bond, pretrial Nov. 2, jury trial Nov. 10.

Jason W. Shuffler, 31, Whitefish, Mont., obstructing legal process, warrant quashed, pleaded guilty, fined $1,000 and 180 days in jail with 12 days credit for time served, time stayed on one-year probation with conditions.

Jared J. Ward, 26, 4248 Mekana Road, Cloquet, second count of domestic assault, 18 months in prison, time stayed on five years probation with conditions including $50 fine, one year in Northeast Regional Correction Center, anger management and Domestic Abuse Intervention Project; interfering with emergency call and first count of domestic assault, dismissed.

Dean P. Alexander, 50, 4995 Misty Bay Drive, Duluth, driving while under the influence of alcohol, pleaded guilty, fined $1,000 and 60 days in jail, time stayed on one-year probation with conditions including if defendant completes Victim Impact Panel, fine will be reduced by $500.

Josiah M. Andersen, 31, 3920 E. 18th St., Superior, uninsured vehicle, warrant quashed, pleaded guilty, fined $200 and 20 days in jail, time stayed one year; possession of marijuana in vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

Barbara N. Gilliam, 29, Duluth, financial transaction card fraud, identity theft and two counts of sale of a controlled substance, failed to appear, warrant ordered.

Zackery D. Gagner, 27, 3556 Munger Shaw Road, Cloquet, driving while impaired, pleaded guilty, fined $1,000 and 60 days in jail, time stayed on one-year probation with conditions including if defendant completes Victim Impact Panel, fine will be reduced by $500.
