A 72-year-old man was transported to a Duluth hospital after being struck by a vehicle near the corner of Maple Grove Road and Mall Drive on Saturday afternoon.
Duluth police did not have information on the extent of the man's injuries as of Saturday night.
The crash happened just after 1 p.m. Officers determined that the 72-year-old man was struck in the roadway by a vehicle driven by a 75-year-old man.
No additional information on the circumstances of the incident was available Saturday night. The incident remains under investigation.
