A 58-year-old man from central Minnesota was injured in a snowmobile accident Friday afternoon on the Arrowhead Trail north of Cook.
The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office reported that Jeffrey Faust of Clearwater, Minn., suffered a back injury after cresting a hill and making a hard landing on the trail about 15 miles north of Cook at about 1:15 p.m. Friday.
Faust was taken by Orr Ambulance to Cook Hospital.
