A Warba, Minn., man drowned in Sand Lake in Itasca County on Sunday.
Hal William Leasure, 68, apparently was filling buckets with lake water off the end of his dock when he fell into the lake, the Itasca County Sheriff's Office said.
The office received a missing-person call at 3:10 p.m. Leasure's lawnmower was found near the lake, and his work gloves were found floating in the lake. His body was found floating face down in the water about 50 feet from the end of the dock.
An autopsy confirmed that drowning was the cause of death.
