Man dies in two-semi crash in Aitkin County

A 60-year-old man died Thursday after the semi he was driving broadsided the trailer of a another semi in Aitkin County.
The Minnesota State Patrol reported that Terry Lee Page of Merrifield, Minn., was driving south on U.S. Highway 169 when he broadsided the trailer - containing logs - of a semi that was crossing the highway at County Road 3, about 12 miles northeast of Aitkin. The crash happened just before noon.
The driver of the second truck, Garin Lee Hockett, 45, of Backus, Minn., suffered what the State Patrol said were non-life-threatening injuries.
Road conditions were dry at the time, and both men were wearing seat belts.
